Shipping & Delivery
Where do we deliver? We ship across the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.
Shipping Cost: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

We process all orders within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).

Oversized & Freight Items
Our larger products need to be shipped by freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside — please inspect the packaging before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. If your item arrives damaged, do not refuse the delivery. Accept it, note the damage on the receipt, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours at contact@nasminc.com.
Warehouse Location
All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Miami, Florida (USA).
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at contact@nasminc.com with your name and order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for items that are new or in like-new condition and remain in their original condition and packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll do our best to resolve it.
